i guess i spend so much time being annoyed at or amused by the romance novel heroine and lusting after (while also annoyed at or amused by) the sexy (usually conflicted)hero that i just don't notice bad characterization..or i don't see it enough to bother me. mind candy good! fantasy candy better! mmmmmmmmmm
