You can get un-toasted sesame oil in Middle Eastern grocery stores, usually. My current supply is in the sort of packaging associated with upscale American groceries (Spectrum brand); I can't remember whether I found it in one of the many local grocery stores of that sort, or stumbled across it in the Chinese grocery and grabbed it on principle.
