Yes, of course, congratulations! So now do you begin some preliminary version of the dissertation process? (The Seurat is not as good as my earlier Tintin icon as far as unqualified jubilation goes, but I think it is better than the peach.)

Now I take a deep breath, take some cool classes, and look around for an advisor and/ or a field. (I have some vague ideas, but only very vague ones.)
