Some of this sounds delicious! Especially with beef instead of veal, since I'm not a fan of the latter. The hummus sounds fantastic - I was craving hummus today and ate a whole bunch of it at the restaurant I went to for lunch with a friend.
And now I really want to see the red chard and yogurt combo. :)
