in general, we recognise people for their leadership in the arts and sciences, and their mastery of their chosen medium whatever that is.
Ursule is well known throughout the known world (especially heraldic types) for her mega uber research skillz in all kinds of fields, but especially heraldic name stuff. she came VERY highly recommended :)
the council here in AnTir is delighted that their majesties saw fit to grant us the favor when we recommened her to them :) (OK, thats a goofy sentance, but you know what I mean :))
