The really exciting travel news, though, is that I've been accepted to a young algebraic geometers conference at Sabancı University in the suburbs of Istanbul.
glasseye and I have worked out an elaborate itinerary that involves a journey from Seattle (or Vancouver) to London to Istanbul the week before the conference.
