I see we had the same thought on maths! Although my question was more 'tell me about something that gets missed in the average undergrad maths course', or 'tell me about something that has been added to the average maths curriculum in recent years' (given that my uni maths education was predominantly in the early 90s, with the stats added in the early 00s).
