Wednesdays aren't great for me this term. Thursdays are usually free, but a week from Thurs. I might be giving a talk. If I don't make it into the graduate poetry class (should know today), Tuesday would also work.
Ok. My schedule for next week is flexible, but a little unknown right now -- it should have settled down once I get back from Cleveland Sunday night/Monday morning -- I know I'll be busy Monday night for sure, but I'll get in touch on Monday once I have a firmer idea.
I suspect that the egg needs to be raw in order to assume the proper omelette shape. You could call it a warm egg salad and pretend it was on purpose. :)
chemicallace suggested I ask you about medieval/Renaissance scholar's clothing. I'm mostly interested in the 16th century, but I would greatly appreciate any resources you could suggest.

You can find a good chunk of it summarized in the pages starting here:
http://www.geocities.com/noelcox/Early_Academical_Dress.htm
and I could give you a fifteenth-century summary, but Hargreaves-Mawdsley is the obvious starting point.
